Baked from scratch

Square cookies measure approximately 4 × 4 inches. Circle and heart cookies are approximately 4 inches wide. Every cookie is about 1/4 inch thick and finished with royal icing.

Cookie ingredients

Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and vanilla beans.

Royal icing ingredients

Egg whites, powdered sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and vanilla beans.

Contains: wheat, milk and eggs.Made in a bakery that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, soy and sesame. Cross-contact may occur.

Each cookie is individually wrapped and stays fresh for 10 days from the shipping date. Cookies may be frozen for up to two months. Orders are packaged in gift boxes of 6, 12, 18 or 24 cookies.

If your cookies arrive damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the cookies and packaging. We’ll review the issue promptly and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or bakery credit.

Because every order is custom made, approved artwork, color variations from screen to print, carrier delays and preference changes are not eligible for refunds.

How much lead time do I need?

Pickup requires at least 4 business days. Shipped orders require a requested arrival date at least 7 business days away. Contact the bakery before ordering if you need a rush order.

Will my cookies arrive on the exact date I select?

We schedule shipping around your requested arrival date, but USPS delivery dates are estimates and carrier delays are outside the bakery’s control. Choose a date before your event whenever possible.

Can I use more than one image or shape?

Yes. Add up to 12 designs in one order. Each image and shape has a 6-cookie minimum and must be ordered in multiples of 6.

What happens if cookies arrive damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the cookies and packaging. We’ll review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or bakery credit.

How should I store the cookies?

Individually wrapped cookies stay fresh for 10 days from shipping and may be frozen for up to two months.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us immediately. Because each order is custom made, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
